Terms & Conditions
Upon your booking being received you will be charged in full for the tour that has been reserved. This secures your spot for your tour. Acceptance of any participant is subject to receipt and review of all required forms, documents, and payment.
All Love Hikes LLC’s Hikes are subject to itinerary changes based on a variety of circumstances, including, but not limited to permit availability, wildlife, water conditions, heat conditions, park or public land closures, and forest fires. The price and duration of a hiking trip will never change once you’re registered. Payments are non refundable for itinerary changes or public land closures. If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control a trip credit equal to the full amount paid will be issued.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Love Hikes LLC reserves the right to cancel trips. If this is the case a full refund of the amount paid will be given, including the deposit. Love Hikes LLC is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by preparing for the trip (for example: non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, clothing, equipment, visa fees, medical expenses, etc.).
If you cancel a Hike for any reason:
- More than 30 days prior to the trip start date, we will grant you a full refund.
- Between 29 and 14 days prior to the trip start date, you will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee.
- Between 13 and 3 days prior to the trip start date, we will retain 50 percent of the trip cost.
- Less than 3 days prior to the trip start date, or once the trip has begun, there will be no refund.
Single Supplement Charge
If a customer books a package as an individual hiker and no other customers book the same hike then said customer can be asked to pay a single supplement charge of $35. This charge makes the tour non-cancelable based on lack of customers on a specific hike and in-turn makes it a one on one private hike. Customers will be informed prior to the day of the hike about this charge Please note this charge will not be collected until the customer is picked up in case there are any last minute bookings added to the tour.
All transfers of service are based on availability and discretion of management.
Why Travel Insurance?
In our experience travel protection is a must, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance provides you with trip cancellation/interruption protection, travel delay coverage, medical expenses, emergency assistance, air flight, baggage and baggage delay coverage’s to protect your financial investment.
